Privacy notice
Last updated 1 October 2026
This notice covers the PanDalicious website and its waitlist. The PanDalicious app has its own privacy policy, which you'll see when you sign up in the app.
Who we are
PanDalicious is run by Rafal Blazejewski, based in the United Kingdom, who is responsible for your data (the "data controller"). You can reach us at hello@pandalicious.co.uk.
What we collect
If you join the waitlist, we store your email address, the date and time you signed up, and which form you used. That's all. The website doesn't use cookies, analytics or tracking, and doesn't store anything in your browser.
Like any website, the services that host it keep brief technical logs, including your IP address, to keep them secure and working. We don't use these logs to identify or track you.
Why we use it
We use your email address to tell you when PanDalicious launches on Kickstarter, and to send occasional updates about the app. We rely on your consent, which you give by joining the waitlist. Keeping the sign-up date lets us show when you gave it.
Who we share it with
We use two service providers. Supabase stores the waitlist in a database in the EU (Ireland) and processes it on our behalf. GitHub hosts this website and logs visitors' IP addresses for security. When we start sending emails, we'll use an email delivery provider and update this notice to name it.
These companies are based in the United States, so some data may be handled there. Where that happens, it's covered by the safeguards the law requires, such as the UK–US data bridge or standard contractual clauses. We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
We keep your address until PanDalicious has launched and the waitlist has served its purpose, or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and get a copy of it to take elsewhere. You can withdraw your consent at any time. That won't affect anything we did before you withdrew it. To do any of this, email hello@pandalicious.co.uk. Every email we send will also include a way to unsubscribe.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, though we'd appreciate the chance to sort it out first.
Children
The waitlist is for people aged 13 and over. If you think a child has signed up, let us know and we'll remove them.
